• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency such as a credit history.
• What information we may disclose: We may disclose the nonpublic personal information about you described above, primarily to provide you with the appraisal services you seek from us. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about clients or former clients except as required or permitted by law.

Other Data

We also collect Click-stream data, HTTP protocol elements and Search terms. We collect this data for the purpose of site administration and traffic logging. This data will be used only internally for purposes of throughput reporting, monitoring suspicious traffic, and optimizing site content and navigation.

At the user's option, we may also collect HTTP cookies. We collect this data for the purpose of maintaining web application session information. We do not store or mine this information. Data stored within these cookies is solely used to enable these features and is discarded once the browser is closed.
